Find the problemEV Diagnostics
For warnings, charging trouble, no-wake conditions, electrical complaints, or an unknown problem. Includes relevant alert and vehicle-data review, written findings, and recommended next steps.
Remote Diagnostics
Ray reviews available alerts and data through an owner-authorized Tesla Toolbox connection. You approve Tesla's temporary access request; Ray will never ask for your Tesla password.
High Voltage Diagnostics
For high-voltage, charging, onboard-charger, charge-port, DC-to-DC, or battery-system concerns. Scope depends on the vehicle and alert; testing follows the appropriate procedure.

An independent inspection before you buy a used Tesla, including available diagnostic information, visible condition, tire and safety checks, and written findings.
Basic Warranty Inspection
For owners nearing the end of Tesla's Basic Vehicle Limited Warranty. Ray documents possible defects separately from maintenance and wear items; Tesla decides coverage.
Battery & Drivetrain Warranty Inspection
Records the supported high-voltage battery SOH estimate and method used. A fresh Battery Health Test is more accurate, requires compatible AC charging, and can take up to 24 hours.
Service & Repair
Fix it and maintain it12V/16V LV Battery Replacement
For low-voltage alerts, no-wake complaints, testing, and replacement of supported 12V or lithium low-voltage batteries. Same-day service may be available when the correct battery is in stock.
HVAC Tune-Up
For weak cooling, warm air, airflow problems, or HVAC alerts. Includes system testing and EPA Section 609-certified refrigerant service when indicated; a top-off does not repair a leak.
Mobile Coverage up to 100 Miles
Ray's EV Service is based in Corona. Travel fees are measured from the Eastvale service-area center in 20-mile bands and confirmed before dispatch.

Ray Novelo served as a satellite and radar technician in the U.S. Marine Corps, then worked in electronic component manufacturing and specialized electrical repair for a major aerospace manufacturer. He began working around Tesla repair in 2018 and launched Ray's EV Service in 2023.
